I was invited for lunch at Seven Park Place in St James’s Hotel.Serving up modern French cuisine with seasonal and locally sourced British produce, you can enjoy a gastronomic journey of farm-to-table and sea-to-plate dishes including hand-dived scallops, lobster tails to vanilla poached pear.Headed up by executive chef William Drabble, each dish was exquisite with the service to match. The team included a wine pairing and the sommelier was knowledgeable and lovely. It’s an extravagant experience but despite the formal setting, I couldn’t rave enough about how warm, approachable and attentive the team were.The restaurant previously held consecutive one Michelin stars from 2011 - 2022 as well as 4 AA Rosettes. It’s not every day I get the opportunity to eat at places like this so you bet I was there filming every aspect of the experience to share it with you!
