One pot japanese golden curry recipe 🍛 an easy recipe and SO comforting! I’ve opted for beef today but this can be swapped out for diced chicken thigh, okra, aubergine or plant-based meat! I made enough for dinner and lunch today and I pretty much eyeball the ingredients to taste - the asian way lol Beef marinade: - Cornstarch - Light soy sauce - Oyster sauce - White pepper - Oil Curry ingredients: - S&B golden curry hot - diced beef (i’d use short rib next time) - carrots - potatoes - red onion (or use white onion but i like the kick to this) - grated apple - beef broth (or from 2 beef oxo cubes) - water - steamed rice i’m so excited to eat the leftovers for lunch today, the flavours will be extra rich now it’s marinated overnight! This will also freeze very well if you want to meal prep or have freezer ready meals! Enjoy!
