Shu's video: This is everything I ate in Japan day four

@This is everything I ate in Japan (day four)
Everything I ate in Hakodate Japan day four 🇯🇵 it was an early start leaving Hakone for Hakodate (via Tokyo) this morning! Grabbed my daily onigiri and hot coffee from the convenience store then my ekiben (railway bento box) from a Delica Store at Tokyo station. There’s SO many options to choose from! Sushi, ikura with minced pork and rice, eel donburi, gyudon beef rice and katsu – I went for a master selection of 20 assorted samples that had everything from half a boiled egg to red bean mochi, marinated fish, breaded chicken to Japanese potato salad. Ate an ikura onigiri (from another convenience store that wasn’t my beloved 7-Eleven) and then my railway bento! After arriving in snowy Hakodate, I checked into Pension Jokura - the most heartwarming guesthouse run by two pensioners and their little dog. Bundled straight for the snowy nightscapes outside, went up Hakone Ropeway for a mountainous viewpoint over the port city before a fabulous dinner at Kuraya - an izakaya serving DELICIOUS and great value wagyu steak, local dish, octopus sashimi, grilled tofu with crab, delicious charcoal pot crab rice and tender slices of pork loin. Washed it down with a hot sake and fell asleep like a log as soon as I got in! SO MUCH MORE TO COME - I have yet to update you on the best few days of the trip!!! It keeps getting better and better!
