Shu's video: Eating Japanese natto for breakfast fermented soybeans

@Eating Japanese natto for breakfast (fermented soybeans)
Eating natto in Japan for breakfast 🇯🇵 these fermented soybeans are typically eaten in the morning and are PACKED FULL of health benefits and nutrients. Not only is it a great source of protein, vitamins and fibre but it also helps to boost immunity, increase collage production improve bone and heart health. I mixed in the seasoning that comes with the packet then added it on top of rice and served it with nori (roasted seaweed). It tastes earthy, salty, sticky, slimey and is definitely an acquired taste. Things like soy sauce, sesame oil, raw egg yolk, kimchi and even kewpie mayo can be added to further enhance the flavours and texture. I had it served as part of my breakfast but these can be found in the supermarkets or restaurants! Where can I find this in London?! Japan Centre? 🕵🏻‍♀️
