I have been making these marinated peppers for years now, and it has never let me down. Thank you Mom! it is a very simple yet delicious family recipe. But you are forwarned if you decide to make it, make sure you have enough to share with your guests. These are great on their own with some toasts, you can use them as a side dish, in sandwiches, in salads, or tossed with pasta. The longer they sit in the marinade, the better they taste. It can be made 24 hours in advance and refrigerated until needed.
