Baigan ka bharta is the mashed vegge of brinjal which is served usually with roti or paratha. Traditionally brinjal is roasted and then it is mashed to make the bharta but here i have made baigan ka bharta in pressure cooker. It is really very easy to make baigan ka bharta in pressure cooker.
