Update: Took it to a few shops and it ended up being the alternator, the wanted to charge me 680 for a new one installed, I called a mercedes dealership and the wanted to charge me 900 just for the piece lol. I bought a new one at O'reillys for about 230 and found a cheap shop to install it for 150. Look around for cheaper ways and save money. 2007 Mercedes, 2.5L, 40,000 Miles, Making weird whine noise.
