So my hair started falling out in clumps all of a sudden for about 10 days and what I realised that I had made some changes in my hair care taht caused this. . 1. Check if you’ve recently started using a new hair care product or if you’ve stopped a product you’ve been using for a while, Infact even if you stop supplements suddenly it can result in sudden hair fall! . 2. Almost every hair growth serum will have certain dependency so you cannot stop using it abruptly, gradually reduce the usage and switch to natural products if you wish to stop. . 3. Focus on scalp health, if your scalp has a lot of built up it’ll result in hair fall so make sure you exfoliate and deep cleanse atleast once in 10 days. . 4. When your scalp is unhealthy don’t use oils use home made masks, home made masks are soothing and gently cleanses and nourishes the lengths and scalp without causing all that hair fall. . 5.
