Simon Lock's video: SEGA Saturn MK1 Repair - Dead Unit No Power

@SEGA Saturn MK1 Repair - Dead Unit (No Power)
Overview of the second SEGA Saturn Mk1 (PAL) in for repairs. Initially this unit had no power & faulty latching switch (a fairly common issue). It was supplied as a potential parts unit to un-break the customer's other SEGA Saturn Mk1. Part to go pop was a TOP202YAI PWM switch. This is a a fairly common failure amongst PAL 250V Saturn PSU's according to research, but this is the first time I've seen this revision. It is stated that the TOP224Y is a suitable replacement part (on order). I'll follow this up when the parts arrive as there may be other issues with the PSU that might be causing this particular part to fail. Sync issues with PVM (which feeds my RGB to SCART box on the other display) are caused by my lack on Sync filtering on the particular Saturn cable I am using. C-Sync cable is in the post.
