Heat a pan. Add coconut oil. When oil is heated add cumin seeds. Add dry red chillies. Add chopped onions and saute them well. Add curry leaves. Add green chillies and saute well. Add ginger garlic paste nd cook till raw smell goes. Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala powder. Cook till the raw smell goes. Add chopped tomatoes and saute well. Add the chopped cucumber pieces andmix well. Add the cooked mutton along with water. Mix everything well. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add coriander leaves and serve hot. Delicious dosakaya mutton kura is ready to serve.
