Simple Living Mama's video: Three Fresh Summer Recipes A Fail

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I'm technically sharing four summer recipes. One of them didn't turn out how I expected, so I explained what I would do differently next time! Here are the recipes: Mexican Breakfast Sourdough Pizza - I loosely followed this recipe from Farmhouse on Boone: https://bit.ly/3Pq90vR I used salsa for my base, and topped with cheese, fried eggs, crumbled bacon, red onion, and finished with some cilantro. Cucumber mint infused water - Slice one cucumber and put in a pitcher. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and fill the pitcher with water. Allow the water to infuse in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Hawaiian Chicken - I cooked four chicken breasts in the crockpot with a mixture of 14 oz. coconut milk, 1/3 cup soy sauce, and a little Pyure for sweetness. I ended up overcooking the chicken breasts, which does not give the best texture. If you make this in the slow cooker, you need to be around to check the chicken. Next time, I'm going to marinate the chicken breasts and then grill them.
