When applying the DIY hair mask be sure to find the most heat damaged area of your hair and work up towards the scalp. Let the mask process for 20 MIN. Trap heat from the scalp by placing a plastic bag over the hair for the entire length of the treatment. Rinse with cool water to close hair cuticle and capture the treatment into the core of the hair. Then wring out water with cotton t-shirt. Let hair dry for 2 hours or speed up the process with a diffuser attachment on a blowdryer. Angel blow dryer down to avoid frize.
