Se volete cuocere in modo tradizionale infornate a 160Β°C per un ora circa. Salsa dolce: 30 g di burro 100 g di panna acida 30 g di zucchero Scaldare leggermente in microonde o in un pentolino senza cuocere, versare sopra il dolce di ricotta e servire tiepido. Conservare in frigorifero 3 - 4 giorni sotto la campana di vetro.
