Simranjeet Saini's video: A journey through Western Ghats of Karanataka Sakleshpur - Subhrahmanya Road

@A journey through Western Ghats of Karanataka | Sakleshpur - Subhrahmanya Road !
Part -2 :- https://youtu.be/Pu3Zs3fb0Iw Let me take you through the picturesque Shiradi Ghat of Karnataka which lies on Banglore - Manglore section via Hassan. Adding further, the train arrives at Sakleshpur station which is situated 906 metres above mean sea level (MSL) and descends down 786 metres upto subramanya road station which is at 120 Metres above the mean sea level (MSL). The time taken t o complete this 55 Km ghat section is around 2.5 Hrs and is one of the extreme rail roads of India. I'am Lucky enough to witness these extreme Western Ghats although it is more heavenly during the peak Monsoon season . Another surprise was that all the three locomotives were bleed blue livery hence it was just a Lucky combination we ever got. Apologies for few typing errors in the video as well. I compiled this journey into two parts due to another half of it will be out soon. Date :- 3rd Feb 2020 Train :- 16515 Yesvantpur Karwar Express. Loco :- bleed blue KjM WDP-4 as the main locomotive and bleed blue KjM WDG-4 twins as braker locos Camera :- Canon SX-540HS.
