This Robe was extremely hard to make. Sewing it together took about 10 hours during several days. It looks like a robe of Knight Templars from the Crusades, and I wore this at Ropecon (Finnish role-playing convention) in late July 2011. In fact the original robe used in Alejandro video is quite yellow, but the videos colour scheme has been changed radically, so it looks white in the music video. That's why I made this in bright white and not yellowish, which would've looked unclean without those video effects. But the green screen effect looks quite good at the end scene. It's not perfect, but maybe the best I can get it , with this set of equipment I have. It's better than the green screen scenes I've done before, no I had proper lighting and I'm quite still in front of the screen, which also helps. Only the jumping parts caused trouble, because of the fast movement which is slowed down several hundred percents. It doesn't look very good, but that's the only way I could do it. I can't get the green screen effect look any better than this without serious investments, which I can't afford at the moment, so I'm quite happy with this result. This might very well be my last Alejandro tutorial. If I don't ever make the rifle-bra...
