[CHEST AND TRICEPS▶️▶️▶️] • • 1️⃣”Prehab”/Warm Up: 3-4S/5R pausing at each point of the movement. 2️⃣Floor Press: 5S/6-8R [You could sub barbell for dumbbells] 3️⃣Incline Bench Chest press: 4S/15R [2 second pause at the bottom of each rep] 4️⃣Unsupported Kettlbell Hex Press Variation: 4S/10-12R [Can sub kb for one or two dBs- make sure to squeeze palms together throughout the entire movement] 5️⃣Slight Decline Banded Chest Press: 3S/20R [I shoved a couple plates underneath the bench to create a sight decline. The bands are wrapped underneath the bench. I looped mine a couple times for more tension.] 6️⃣Slight Decline Skull Crushers: 3S/10-12R [If you don’t have a bench you could do these in the bridged position] 7️⃣Dips: 3S/15R [Modify by bending knees. Could use bench/chair/table for these as well.
