In this land, an evil necromancer became unable to stand in the warmth of the light and grew jealous of those who could. With a great curse, the evil necromancer cast the land into a darkness that swallowed up all living creatures who wander the shadows. The evil necromancer would have succeeded in ending all life if not for the light crystals.
