My latest creation! I love listening to it for I am right now training my intuition! This special track has a constant delta binaural beat and an alternating alpha theta isochronic pulse. It starts at 7.5Hz and goes up to 10Hz and then down to 7.5Hz again. This cycle repeats every 10 minutes. The isochronic pulse should aid to maintain an aware state of mind, since a too deep delta meditation quite easily results into sleep or you cannot bring the experience to consciousness easily, since the other brain waves are "turned off". Theta is connected to the subconscious mind. Alpha waves work as a bridge between conscious and unconsious mind, such that this meditation can afterwards be integrated into your beta mind/conscious waking mind more easily.
