Smoky Evening's video: Rhea Chakraborty is Going to Jail For 10 Years

There is a big update on the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput, that has shocked many of us. In the last few days, A chargesheet filed by the Narcotics Control Bureau named her and 34 others as accused in the high-profile case. Rhea has been charged with purchasing and financing a small quantity of marijuana. Her brother, Showik Chakraborty, has also been named as an accused. As per the latest updates, NCB has now filed the charges draft and included Rhea's name in this case. As reported by Etimes, NCB in the draft filed on Tuesday has mentioned that Rhea Chakraborty received many deliveries of Ganja and she made the payments at the instance of Showik Chakraborty and late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. In total, around 35 people have been named in the draft and charged under relevant provisions of the NDPS Act. The list includes sections 27, 27A, 28, and 29 , as per the draft charges. If convicted, Rhea Chakraborty could face over 10 years in jail. Rhea called the allegations against her a "witch-hunt". In an interview with NDTV, she had admitted that Sushant Singh Rajput used to smoke marijuana, but denied that she used drugs or helped in procuring them. She had told NDTV "I tried to control him. . . I have never spoken to a (drug) dealer or taken drugs in my life. I am open to a blood test,". Rhea Chakraborty - accused by Sushant Singh's family of mentally harassing him, exploiting him for money and having a role in his death - has been the focus of investigations by three central agencies.
