Smoky Evening's video: Sachin Joshi wins case against Raj Kundra

It seems like Raj Kundra’s bad times are getting even worse as he has recently lost a legal battle against popular actor Sachin Joshi. Raj Kundra is currently under police custody in Byculla jail and he will remain there till 27th July as per court’s order. And in the means time, when all this was happening, Raj Kundra has lost a legal battle too. Popular actor and producer, Sachin Joshi has won a legal battle against Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty and Satyug Gold. Sachin Joshi earlier this year, accused Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty and Satyug Gold of cheating him in a gold scheme. Sachin Joshi was asked to pay 25 lakhs to collect gold worth more than 18 lakhs after six years of the investment. When he went to the company after six years, he found that the office was not there. Sachin filed a complaint in the month of January this year and he filed complaint against Raj and Shilpa as they were the chairperson of the company. Sachin stated that people believed the company because it had celebs like Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra as their brand’s face. And recently the court has ordered Satyug gold to Handover Sachin Joshi’s gold to him. And the court has also asked the company to pay 3 lakhs to Sachin Joshi for the legal proceedings. Sachin Joshi has said that my legal battle was merely a representation of many of the investors of Satyug Gold, who have invested in gold scheme at discounted rate. However each person, who invested in Satyug Gold, never received what the company has promised to them. Sachin Joshi has also revealed that he is happy that finally Karma has bounced back at Raj Kundra. Sachin Joshi is very positive that he will soon win the cheque bounce case too as the cheque did not bounce, rather it was stopped.
