Episode 2 | Snouty Pig selected a modern horror movie classic for every night in October. We were making five episodes but claims of unfair copyright use prevent that. Instead there will be 8 - 10 episodes, each approximately 15 minutes in length. To allow analysis and clips, the mashup/supercuts we wanted for each episode will be kept separately but every episode will also include movie clips and a breakdown and analysis of each film explaining why it belongs on your modern horror movie classics list. Films we felt have aged or would age well were considered for the list (well over 100). Classic films stand the test of time and deliver the goods on repeat viewings. They set a standard or change the genre in some way. Each film went through a recent viewing by each of our hosts to make sure it holds up and still delivers the scary scares, the blood, the guts, gore, mayhem and more. We've put a lot of thought into the list that includes themes like: 1. Zombie Sundays - a zombie movie to pair with (or anticipate) The Walking Dead. 2. Vampire Mondays - Because, well, Monday's suck. 3. Psycho Tuesdays - a serial killer horror film.
