Solohux's video: Pieces AU - Kirk Spock

I finally finished it! AU story with an established K/S relationship: Kirk and Spock are in the back of an ambulance and being taken to hospital with Jim needing immediate medical attention. The problem is Jim's taken a nasty blow to the head and Bones begins to operate but stops when he sees Spock leaving the surgery room. Spock tells him that he's "unfit for duty" because he's become emotionally compromised by the situation. Bones can't stand to see his two friends fall apart like this. Bones emerges a few hours later and tells Spock that Jim's in a coma and there's nothing more he can do. *FLASHBACK* Jim and Spock are out together in a bar in San Fransisco during their leave one night and Jim starts joking about Vulcan culture. Spock isn't bothered in the slightest but a buff, slightly drunk Starfleet cadet overhears him and tells Jim to stop it. Spock tells Jim they should leave but Jim totally isn't phased by the man...until he swings a punch. Spock steps forward and tells the Cadet to back off but his friends all jump on Kirk and Spock and a fight breaks out. The two are separated but Spock turns just in time to see Jim being punched across the temple and hitting the ground. Spock is quick to his side, shouting for someone to call for help. *END FLASHBACK* Spock decides to call Spock Prime and explains whats gone on and for help on how to get Jim out of the coma, to which the older Vulcan gives the advice "our minds; one and together", which gives Spock the idea for perform a mind-meld with Jim. Bones protests but Spock has to try. *cue cheesy montage of K/S moments* Blimey, thats a lot of writing. Anyways, hope you like it!
