I made this Basic Keto Cheesecake for my hsubands birthday. He had decided to try keto for a week and that was when he had his birthday. I am sharing this simple cheesecake recipe since that is the way we like it most. Of course you can add flavors and tastes that you like to this recipe and make your own favorite versions. I decorated my keto cheesecake with silver foil or make it look festive and special. This is the first time that I have used it and I was super excited to do so. Silver foil is an important part of Indian desserts or sweets. If you see silver foil on sweets you know that they are luxurious or fit for a queen/king. So trust me it was a special moment for me and now I am changed for life..lol Anyway, I hope you guys try the recipe because it is super simple and requires very few ingredients. And cheesecake is one keto dessert which is successful. There are a lot of things that don't get converted as well into keto. But, this one does.
