Cookie dough is everyone's favourite and I wanted to create a keto version of cooke dough. As always I wanted to create keto cookie dough or candy recipe with higher nutritional value. So I added a protein powder and a prebiotic fibre and created a low carb fibre rich candy. I have been taking whey protein powder on and off and I have added a probiotic powder to my diet. I have always been into fermentation and maintaining gut health and advice everyone to do that. So prebiotic fibre was a natural addition for me. But not only that, I realised that it was not only good for you but it was naturally sweet and therefore delicious. I started wondering why people weren’t using inulin or prebiotic fibre as a sweetener. Through this recipe I wanted to introduce prebiotic fibre candy and prebiotic fibre as an ingredient and also use it in a novel way. I hope you guys appreciate it and try it out.
