Keto Cheese Muffins or Keto Cheese Biscuits are a great side dish in place of a dinner roll, just more delicious. I have also shared a chicken spread recipe to fill this muffin up to make a delicious sandwich. The chicken spread is made with a home made dressing or homemade mayo. I make mine using lite olive oil which makes it clean and heart healthy. Keto cheese Muffin or bread ingredients: 1 Cup Almond Flour 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour 1 Tbsp Baking Powder 2 Eggs 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup Kefir/Sour Cream/Yogurt 1/4 Cup Butter Bake at 180 C or 35 F for 10 - 12 min I am a food and nutrition enthusiast.
