It is very difficult to create exact replicas of breads in a keto fashion. I have been struggling to find a good dosa recipe which is crisp yet not too cheesy. After a lot of tries this Crispy Keto Dosa and green chutney is the one that comes closest to a what i like in a dosa. When you dip it in a well seasoned coconut chutney and take a bite, you will not think that it is not your regular dosa. Follow the step and try it out. Here is a link to my Marathi(language) Channel where I share all my healthy,gluten free, diabetic friendly recipes, which I make for my family and myself : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkm3aE0evjVx-Nwcf2UtZ2g Ingredients: Dosa: 2 Tbsp Almond Flour 2 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese 1 Tbsp Sour Cream 1/4 tsp Baking Powder Pinch of Salt 1 tsp Warm water Green Chutney: 1 Green Chilli or per you liking 3/4 Cup of Grated Coconut 1/2 Cup Coriander 1/2 in Ginger Root Rock salt to taste Tiny piece of Garlic 1 tsp Ghee 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds Pinch of Hing (optional) 7-8 Curry Leaves To make sour cream: You can substitute it with a fatty hung curd/Chaka or Greek yogurt. If you want to make sour cream, just warm up heavy cream or fresh cream to slightly over room temperature and put some yogurt culture in it. If you do not have a probiotic culture like dahi, you can use a probiotic capsule like VSL3 available at the medical stores. Set it in a glass jar over night in a warm spot.
