Enjoy! 哈喽大家好我是松灵！今天我们来做思慕雪！ List of Ingredients (Yields 1 Serving Each) Creamy Avocado Smoothies: - ½ avocado - 1 fresh banana (approx. 120g) - ½ cup milk - ¼ cup plain yogurt - 3 ice cubes Blueberry Banana Smoothie: - 1/4 cups apple juice - 1 fresh banana (approx. 120g) - ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt - 4 ice cubes - ½ cup (90g) fresh blueberries - (optional) Small handful of fresh mint leaves Kale Green Smoothie: - 40g frozen kale - 40g frozen mango - 40g frozen peach - 1 cup (250ml) tropical juice - 5g ginger Notes: - In general, I prefer Greek yogurt for smoothies because of its thicker in texture, but feel free to use either - I prefer to use frozen fruit/vegetables whenever I can, so I can skip the ice cubes, and there’s no prep work required.
