Viagra and Cialis Alternative: For those who do not wish to see a doctor for scripts and want to try something without a script first, you can try Horny Goat weed. Cialis - Tadalafil and Viagra Sildenafil are both PDE5 inhibitors that help dilates blood vessels of the penis to cause and erection for sex. both medications does not increase sex drive and does not work without sexual arousal. The main difference of these 2 drugs 1. Types of Dosing -There are only one type of dosing for Viagra - which is on demand dosing- which means you take it as you need it. Doses range from 25mg, 50mg and 100mg. -For Cialis there are 2 types of dosing, one is on-demand dosing and the other one everyday dosing. For on-demand doing, it's like Viagra, you take it as you need it. these doses are usually 10mg or 20mg. For Everyday dosing, you take a lower dose of Cialis everyday starting from 2.5mg to 5 mg daily. This is good when you do not know when you are going to have sex. 2. When does the medication starts working and how long it lasts for ? Viagra has a half life of 4 hours. The amount of time Viagra takes to start and stop working varies from person to person. It usually starts working as early as 30 minutes to 1 hour. it peaks within 30 minutes to 2 hours and effects can last for 2-3 hours, and starts to wear off after 3 hours and. Viagra usually stops working after 6-8 hours. as for Cialis, on demand dosing, it's has a half life of 17.5 hours. It starts working at 16 to 45 minutes. It peaks within 30 minutes to 6 hours and average time of 2 hours. and the effects last up to 36 hours, which is a great thing for the weekends, as you do not need to re-dose everyday over the 36 hours. For Cialis - Every day low dose dosing, it will take up to 1 week to see full effect. 3. Taking it with or without food? * for Viagra, you definitely need to take it without food, otherwise it will delay the onset or not work properly * for Cialis, it doesnt matter if you take it with food or not. 4.
