Join me as I start my weekend taking my dog to get his nails trimmed. Then it’s off to Strength Union to train squats with my coach Chris Bridgeford. Later I go to Lash Lounge NW in Portland Or to get my first set of lash extensions! I got the classic set with Kayt. Tuesday is more of a chill day it snowed quite a bit so we hung out at home. Wednesday I went out to New Image Laser in Hillsboro to get my first IPL photo facial with Rene. After that team training in Vancouver at Rekovery Athletics.
