Sophie Lacrosse's video: What is Ankylosing Spondylitis A Disease Overview By An Ankylosing Spondylitis Patient

Ankylosing Spondylitis is so much more than a bad back. This disease affects most of the body with some potentially devastating results, not just for patients health, but for their overall lives as well.Although it is not a rare condition, it is little known and finding resources can be hard for patients and their families. As an AS patient myself, I wanted to create a video to raise awareness and educate people about this chronic illness. What is Ankylosing Spondylitis is my first video in a series that I am working on wherein I give my best explanation of all of the illnesses I am currently diagnosed with. I know this is very different from my usual content, but I felt that this was the best way to present this message and I hope that my regular viewers enjoyed it anyway.
