Hi, in this video we can see how to make Javvarisi payasam in Tamil. JAVVARISI PAYASAM | SAGO KHEER INGREDIENTS sago - ½ cup water - 1 cup milk - 2 cup sugar - ½ cup condensed milk - ½ cup cardamom powder - ½ tsp kesari powder cashew nuts raisins ghee - 2 tbsp METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.Soak ½ cup sago for 1 hour. 2.Take 1 cup water and 2 cups milk and let it boil. 3.When it comes to a boil add the soaked sago and let it cook for about 20 minutes on low to medium flame. 4.After the sago is cooked add ½ cup sugar and ½ cup condensed milk and mix well. 5.Add little kesari powder to get some color.Also add ½ tsp cardamom powder. 6.In a small pan, melt 2 tbsp ghee and roast a few cashew nuts and raisins.Add it to the payasam and mix well.
