Priya's Kitchen's video: 1 Crispy Rava Biscuit

Hi, In this video we can see how to make a simple snack recipe, crispy rava biscuit in Tamil. ****************************************** METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.Boil 1½ cup water in a pan.Add 3-4 tsp sugar and a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness. 2.When the water boils add 1 cup semolina and mix well.Keep it in low flame. 3.Stir for 1 minute and turn off the flame.Let it cool a little bit. 4.Add 1 tbsp of oil to the semolina and mix well to make a dough like consistency. 5.Mix some grated coconut with sugar to use it as fillings. 6.Take some dough,make a small ball,spread it on your palm,keep some coconut fillings,again form a ball shape and press gently to make a biscuit shape. 7.Fry them in oil on medium flame until it turns golden.It takes time to get the colour.
