Hi,in this video we can see how to make simple and easy soya chunks fry in Tamil. SOYA CHUNKS FRY INGREDIENTS soya chunks - cup shallots - ½ cup garam masala - ¼ ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp coriander - 2 tsp pepper corn - 1 tsp fennel - ½ tsp cumin - ½ tsp dried red chilies - 3 curry leaves water salt oil METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.Boil water.When it comes to a boil add little salt and 1 cup soya chunk and cook for about 5 minutes on medium flame. 2.When it cools down squeeze all the water and keep it aside. 3.In a pan take 2 tsp coriander,1 tsp pepper corn,½ tsp fennel ,½ tsp cumin and 3 dried red chilies.Roast for 2 minutes and let it cool down. 4.When it cools down, powder it. 5.In another pan saute ½ cup shallots along with a few curry leaves. 6.When the shallots become soft add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and continue to saute. 7.When the shallots become golden add the powdered masala,¼ tsp turmeric powder and required salt.Saute until the raw smell of spices goes.Add oil if required. 8.Add the soya chunks and mix well.Sprinkle some water and cook with the lid closed for about 5 minutes.
