CHOCOLATE KOZHUKATTAI | COOK WITH COMALI RECIPE INGREDIENTS Rice flour - 1 cup dairy milk chocolate oil - 1 tsp salt water METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.In a bowl take 1 cup rice flour.Add required salt and 1 cup hot water little by little to make a soft dough.Add 1 tsp oil also. 2.Mix well with a spoon as we have added hot water.When it cools a bit knead it well. 3.Add hot water to get soft kozhukattai. 4.Make small balls from the dough and spread it to stuff small pieces of diary milk inside and again roll it to a ball shape. 5.Boil some water in a idli tawa and cook the kozhutai for about 7-10 minutes.
