Hi in this video we can see how to make Strawberry White Chocolate Charolette in Tamil.This recipe was prepared by Vishal in Cooku with Comali Show telecasted on Vijay Television. STRAWBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE CHAROLETTE | COOK WITH COMALI RECIPE INGREDIENTS Strawberries white chocolate - ¼ cup whipping cream - ½ cup biscuits - 4-5 butter METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.Powder 4-5 biscuits and mix them with 2-3 tbsp melted butter. 2.Place a ring mould on a plate which is greased by butter.Make a base layer with the powdered biscuits.And keep strawberry slice around it. 3.Melt ¼ cup white chocolate using double boiling method or using a microwave. 4.In a bowl take ½ cup whipping cream and beat until it becomes stiff peak. 5.Keep the bowl and beater in refrigerator for about 10 minutes so that the whipping cream whips faster. 6.Add 2-3 tsp strawberry puree and the melted chocolate.The chocolate should not be hot or else the whipped cream will melt. 7.Mix well until well combined.Add the cream to the ring mould and set it properly. 8.Keep it in the refrigerator until its well settled. 9.Remove the mould and decorate it with some strawberries and white chocolates.
