Hi in this video we can see how to make Burmese Street Food recipe Egg Bhejo in Tamil. EGG BHEJO | BURMESE STREET FOOD RECIPE INGREDIENTS Eggs - 4 onion - 1 garlic cloves - 10 chili flakes - 1 tsp oil salt water tamarind water lemon water coriander leaves METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.Boil 4 eggs. 2.Heat oil in a kadai and fry 1 onion until it becomes brown and crispy.Keep it aside. 3.In the same kadai fry 10 sliced garlic cloves until it becomes brown and crispy.Keep it aside. 4.In a small bowl mix 1 tsp chili flakes and some hot oil. 5.Be ready with little tamarind water,salt water,lemon water and a few coriander leaves. 6.Mix well the fried onions and the garlic. 7.Cut the boiled egg carefully half way and stuff the onion garlic.Then add little chili flakes,tamarind,salt and lemon water.Place some coriander leave on top.
