Hi Everyone! 💖 COVID19 DIY Face | Mask How to Make Without Elastic | Sewing Tutorial for DIY Mask I didn't have any elastic to make a DIY face mask, so I figured out a wonderful solution which is adjustable and easy on your ears. You can make your face mask from any cotton material. You can also upcycle and sew them from old shirts, bandanas, scarves, jackets, etc. I also make one from an old tshirt. Supplies you'll need to make the ear pieces/straps: Old tshirt Rubberbands First you'll have to find a pattern for you style of face mask that you prefer to sew. I chose the one below: Here is the link to the pattern that I used. It has various sizes, which is very convenient if you need to make some for younger kids. All you need to do is substitute the tshirt strips for the elastic and sew them onto any face mask you are making!
