Technically the next one that was to come was supposed to be flowchart of success, and according to my list from 4 years ago, "your confidence, your self esteem, and you". Which I'll prob get back around to later! Idk if I mentioned it before, but I am currently in progress on my second bachelor's degree as I work toward my masters so I can be a licensed therapist. So while I'm not ✨certified✨ yet, I am learning all kinds of things about how to manage emotions and mentality in my coursework. Aka I'm not pulling it from nowhere. That said these are largely pulled from my own experiences, but I know I'm not the only one who has felt these same things. If it doesn't apply to you, then it doesn't!
