Whenever you do anything, just remember this word, just keep this word in mind, the word Meditation. In Zen, this has been the tradition. They put this word Meditation, after everything that they do. It's simply a pointer. It reminds them that they need to do whatever they asked to do, or whatever they want to do, consciously, That's they have, eating meditation, walking meditation, wood chopping meditation, It's really a great help. You should use this pointer too, Use the Meditation Pointer to remain conscious throughout the day. When you do anything, I suggest you mentally say to yourself that you are doing so and so meditation. Let's say, you're washing your hands, so when you're washing your hands just mentally say, I'm doing hand washing meditation, this will help greatly in washing your hands consciously, I am doing stairs climbing meditation, I am doing driving meditation, I am doing workout meditation, and whatever you do consciously increases its quality to a whole new level, but this is just the byproduct, a secondary bonus you can say, the real gain is the Divine Peace that you experience within yourself as you do anything consciously.
