Proofs that you're Pure Consciousness and not the body mind Complex!!! by Anubhav If you ask me, what is the essence of Spirituality, I would say that it is to know that you are not the body, you are not the mind, but the Immortal Blissful Consciousness! In this video, I'm gonna share with you some proofs which will clearly show that you are the Immortal Consciousness and not the body mind complex!!!! Proof Number 1.... The body is continuously changing, Doctors say that in every seven years your whole body changes, every cell of your body gets replaced by the new ones! So now tell me, amid all these changes, do you ever feel that you are changing! This body passes through childhood, teenage, youth, then the middle age and finally the old age, but that's the change which is happening in the body, but have you really changed, just see for yourself, where has kid body gone, all childhood disappeared like some magic, but the essence of you remained intact because you're unchanging, Immutable consciousness, and to know the change, one has to be unchanging, otherwise how would the change be known? The same reasons that I've given for the body, are also applicable on the mind, by mind, I mean the thoughts and emotions both, the mind is continuously changing, no one can deny this fact, every single moment you are being bombarded by one thought after another, and the same is the case with your moods and emotions, one moment you experience happiness and soon you find yourself in the ocean of misery, but tell me, who notices all these changes happening within you, It's the Real You, the Peace Consciousness, The Divine Awareness that you are, which witnesses all these changes, and since you identify with these thoughts and emotions, you completely ignore the Seer and get possessed by the seen, you completely overlook the Background of Witnessing Consciousness while your whole attention gets consumed in the foreground of thoughts and emotions!
