Next time when you get Angry!!! by Anubhav A disciple came to the Zen Master, and said, O master, Please tell me how I can control my anger, when it gets me, I just can't control it? The Master replies, show me the anger right now, the disciple was like, how can I show that to you, I am not angry right now, I don't have the anger right now! Hearing this, the master said, in that case, bring it to me, when you have it, and the disciple was like, I can't bring that to you when I have it, it's just not possible, since it arises within me unexpectedly, so I would surely lose it on the way, if I try to bring it to you!!! And then finally the Master said, If you can't show that to me whenever you want to, then it gets proved, then it clearly shows that it cannot be part of you, part of your True nature!!! Had it been your own, you could have easily shown that to me at any time, just remember, you didn't have it when you were born, So that shows it must be something which came from the outside, something which doesn't belong to you at all!!
