On July 4, 2011 I heard this beautiful rendition of "Dixie" on Comcast's Music Choice service and tracked down the CD it was from. The CD is an obscure one long out of print. The whole CD is good, but this is my favorite track and this dreamy version of the old Southern song is something I felt needed to be shared. If anybody would like an MP3, just let me know and I will be happy to provide.
