Spooki's video: Kalkovich - Rhiannon Spooki Edit

I was trawling through youtube and soundcloud recently looking for some good Fleetwood house remixes, and came across this gem... I've personally noticed a resurgence in popularity in the group's music, and it seems like a lot of younger peeps are getting hip to it (especially for the classics off 'Rumors'). What's different about the edit? Similar to my edit of Day'N'Night, there aren't a ton of changes that i've made, as the original by Kalkovich was already great. The main changes come in the percussion and transitions/effects. The standalone track was good, but had kind of a dreamy vibe that didn't quite bring enough energy for the club. I started by adding some extra clap layers and percussive elements, as well as some HiHat layers to give it a more dancy house feel. I also added some extra stuff to the buildups of the track to give it more tension for a proper "Drop". There was also some volume automation to control some harsh peaks (mainly in the guitar sections), a slight bpm boost, and a looped outro to make the ending of the track more 'DJ Friendly'.
