The Sri Lankan Cricket Board was formed in the year 1975, and it is the body that governs cricket in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lankan Cricket Board has not had its best times in recent months, with the Covid-19 pandemic wreaking havoc. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) even stated that the Indian cricket team is willing to play extra matches against Sri Lanka, to help the Sri Lankan Cricket Board (SLC). The Zimbabwe Cricket team was last seen on the cricket field in a two-match Test series against Pakistan. The Zimbabwe side was thrashed by the Pakistan side in both Tests and both matches did not even last for 5 days At 8th place is the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB), with revenues of INR 116 Crores. The WICB is one of the oldest cricket boards in the world and was founded more than a century ago, in the year 1920. It was earlier called the West Indies Cricket Board of Control, but in the year 1996 adopted the name of West Indies Cricket Board. The West Indies Cricket Board is sponsored by a number of companies, including Sandals, JetBlue, Betway, and Castore. On the cricketing front, the West Indian side was last seen in action in a two-match Test series against Sri Lanka. The Test series ended in a stalemate, with both the matches ending in a draw. With earnings of INR 210 Crores, the New Zealand Cricket Board occupies 7th place in the list. A number of companies such as ANZ, Ford, Accor Hotels, Gillette, Powerade, Spark Sport, and Dynasty Sport have sponsorship deals with the New Zealand Cricket Board. The New Zealand Cricket Board has its Headquarters in Christchurch. On the cricketing side of things, the New Zealand side was last seen on the field on 1st April 2021, where they thrashed Bangladesh by 65 runs in a T20I. The Kane Williamson-led side will next be seen in action in a two-match Test series against England that will commence on 2nd June 2021. After the Test series against England, the Kiwis will clash against the Indian cricket team in the final of the World Test Championship (WTC) on 18th June 2021. At the 6th place, we have Cricket South Africa (CSA), with earnings of INR 485 Crores. Cricket South Africa was founded three decades ago, in the year 1991. It is currently headquartered in Johannesburg. The South African cricket team was last seen in action on the field in a T20I series against Pakistan. The Proteas lost the series 1-3. They will next take the field on 10th June 2021, in a Test series against the West Indies side. The 5th place in the list is grabbed by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). The BCB reportedly has earned revenues of INR 802 Crores. The Bangladesh Cricket Board was founded in the year 1972 and has its headquarters in Dhaka. Bagging the 4th spot in the list is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), with earnings of INR 811 Crores. The Pakistan Cricket Board was founded in the year 1949 and is currently headquartered in Lahore. Companies like Pepsi, Brighto Paints, Gatorade, Easypaisa, United Bank Limited, and PTCL have struck sponsorship deals with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The PCB also earns money by conducting the Pakistan Super League (PSL) as well. Companies such as Vitality, Royal London, Lifebuoy, and New Balance have sponsorship deals with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). The England cricket team will next be seen in action on the field in a two-match Test series against New Zealand, that will commence on 2nd June 2021. England was last seen in action in a full-fledged series against India earlier this year. India beat England in all three formats of the game The 2nd place in the list is grabbed by Cricket Australia (CA). Cricket Australia has reportedly earned revenues of INR 2843 Crores. It is the oldest cricket board in the world and was founded in the year 1905. Cricket Australia has its headquarters in the city of Melbourne. Vodafone, Dettol, Commonwealth Bank, Woolworths, HCL, Toyota, KFC, Fox Sports, Cadbury, and Gatorade are the companies that are associated with Cricket Australia. The Australian cricket team was last seen on the field against New Zealand in a five-match T20I series. In the tightly contested T20I series, the Black Caps emerged on top, winning the series 3-2. Being the most powerful and richest cricket board in the world, the BCCI has struck sponsor deals with several major companies. Companies like Byju’s, MPL Sports, Paytm, Dream 11, Hyundai, Ambuja Cements, and Star Sports are associated with the BCCI. On the cricketing side of things, the Indian cricket team will next be seen in action in the summit clash of the World Test Championship (WTC) against the New Zealand side. The WTC final will commence on 18th June 2021 at Southampton.
