Then add it to the water completely. This total mixture will be 1 litre of quantity. Put it on the low flame and keep stirring continuously. Let it boil up to 200ml of quantity. And make sure it is cool completely and then give it to the child. As the name itself resembles Athimadhuram tastes also remains same as sweet. There won't be any hassle to the parents while giving this medicine to their kids. It just tastes like payasam. Dosage: Below 5years kids need to give 100ml and above 5years 200 ml is prescribed.
