Easy to make Eggless Chocolate Pudding Ingredients: Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 3 Tbsp Corn Starch - 3 Tbsp Sugar - 1/2 Cup Milk - 2 Cups (500 ml) Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - 1/3 Cup (50 gms) Heavy Cream - 1/4 Cup Strawberries (Sliced) - for garnish (optional) Whipped Cream - for garnish (optional) Chocolate (Grated) - for garnish (optional) Procedure: 1) Take a medium sized sauce pan and add unsweetened cocoa powder, corn starch, sugar and full fat milk. Keep it whisking to break all the lumps. 2) Put the mixture to the heat on medium flame. Keep it stirring continuously for 5 to 7 min. Let the mixture start boiling. If we feel a raw smell of corn starch, we can cook for 3 to 4 more minutes. 3) Now add semi-sweet choclate, fresh cream and keep it stirring till it becomes thick, cream and glossy. 4) Its ready to serve now.We can serve it hot or chilled. After it comes to room temperature, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 3 to 4 hrs or overnight. 5) Garnish it with some strawberries, fresh cream or the way you like.
