ROTI RECIPE WITHOUT ROLLING | WITHOUT DOUGH, KNEAD & ROLLER | EASY ROTI RECIPE Ingredients: All Purpose Flour/ Maida (You may use Wheat Flour) - 1 Cup Water - 1 Cup Salt - 1/4 tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Oil - 1 Tbsp (extra for greasing the pan) Procedure: 1) Take a bowl and add maida or wheat flour, sugar, salt and oil into it. Add water and make a smooth lump free batter. It should be similar to dosa batter consistency. 2) Heat a non-stick pan on low flame. Add few drops of oil and wipe off the excess oil after the pan gets heated with a paper towel. 3) Turn the flame to low and pour a ladle full of batter . Spread it like a dosa. 4) Turn the flame to med high after spreading and flip it after the top dries up. Fry it to a golden brown color by pressing on the edges with soft edge spatula and rotating so that it puffs up. 5) Don't turn the flame to low as the rotis get hard. Fry on both sides to a good golden color. 6) Stack and store them in a cotton cloth. They stay super soft.
