Joruus is arguably one of the most powerful Jedi to survive Order 66 (as Luke believed until he learns who Joruus really is) and his journey with Thrawn after the destruction of the second Death Star in Return of the Jedi is a story that can be learned from Timothy Zahn's Heir to the Empire.
