But if you have a small barbell and some dumbbells then this workout is for you! If you don't have any equipment at home then that's completely fine too! There's always alternatives to use. Here's some examples that you can use from home a For example, if you don’t have a small barbell at home then you can use a broom stick and put two laundry detergent boxes at the end. If you don't have any dumbbells you can always use water bottles as a replacement! Last but not least, don’t be too hard on yourself. We can always do and control so much. The truth is for us women you can workout with weights as much as you want but there is no way you can magically appear manly in a month. Why? Because us women do not produce enough testosterone to build muscle. Building muscle in general is actually hard! It takes a lot of time and consistency to build muscle. The average woman will build about 2 Ibs of muscle a year. Why? Because it focuses so much on the glutes. The whole idea on how to grow the glutes is to incorporate compound lifts into your routine (hip thrust, squats, deadlifts etc) then progressively overloading the weight each week to help build muscle on your lower body. | promise you if you are not incorporating weights into your lower body routine and you are only doing donkey kick or glute kickbacks it's going to be very hard to see the results that you want.
