When you buy your dream house... you would of thought you could just enjoy it right? Well... not what I experienced. Bought in 2012, It is just shy of 12,000 SqFt, about 50 rooms, 30 acres, 2x lakes, swimming pool etc... In truth, it was never needed and its unlikely i would buy one again unless i have extreme passive income. There was just too much headaches and wasted personal expense here that i could of invested smartly elsewhere. If it wasn't the heating bill it was all the windows needed cleaning. Or painting. Or the roof needed checking. Or the trees on the land. Or checking the lakes water level for flooding. Or fixing the swimming pool area. It was the list that never stopped growing....
